When does Lodalia open?
Opening is planned for early 2027. We are opening gradually, property by property, so we can support every setup. Write to us to be notified and to tell us how many rooms you manage: that decides the order in which we open.
How does passport reading work?
You photograph the traveller’s identity document: Lodalia extracts the surname, first name, nationality, document number and dates. You check the proposed fields and confirm. Nothing is saved without your agreement.
Can I manage several properties?
Yes, and it is built in from the start. A group of three hotels opens a single account and switches between them. Your figures can be read per property or all together.
Do my Booking and Airbnb reservations arrive automatically?
Yes. Stays from the platforms, those taken over the phone and those from your own site all arrive in a single calendar. A room once booked disappears everywhere at the same time, which removes double bookings.
Is the tourist tax worked out?
Yes. The rate depends on the municipality and the property’s classification. It is built in, and the total per stay is worked out from the actual nights and the number of people.
Is my data protected?
Connections are encrypted and each account’s data is isolated from the others. You can export your data or delete your account at any time.
Can my team have access?
Yes. Front desk, housekeeping, management: each person gets their own account and only sees what concerns them. The housekeeping plan is ticked off from a phone, and the front desk sees ready rooms live.
Does Lodalia speak several languages?
Your team works in French, Arabic, English, Spanish or German, and your guests receive their documents in their own language. Arabic reads right to left.
